Well lets make a positive out of a negative.
Sounds like its time for the first TLF gathering.

Did anybody check out the KNS today? It mentioned he became obsessed with sports and "spending hours building a sports website and penning a blog"

Did CD ever press charges on plumbervol for stealing the keys? Im thinking settled out of court because CD was posting over there regularly on the political board for awhile.

The first time I met TBA was at a Swampy get together at Bayou Bay. It was my first. He gave me his card and the SPS website address. That is how I got on there. We played tennis one time when he challenged me after I beat the late Mean Green easily. There was alot of trash talking before the match. I beat him 6-0 6-0. We found a broken racquet after the match and hung it on Rick's Places wall at the next get together. I went to a few BB games with him. It really saddens me too. He was a good friend at one time. We need to pray for him (those who pray).

I don't even remember how I found out about SPS. I do remember it was on the downside and wasn't too long before the exodus to to SSS. Maybe it was longer than I think, because I do remember reading his posts before the whole monk thing. I feel bad for you that thought of him as a friend. This world is hard enough to get through without losing faith in humanity just from reading the damn news. It's really depressing when it's thrown in your face. I don't know much about criminal law, but the prosecution resting their case the same day it started seems like they feel pretty good about where they are. His admission of guilt to the facts is enough to damn him for me. I've seen horrible mental illness in people I loved very dearly. However, if you are making day to day life decisions and functioning, the concept of right and wrong is still in you. @knslegaleye: Prosecutor Rodgers: psych said Ross made intentional decisions in every aspect of life except this one act of molestation. Why? I should have been a prosecutor.

A hung jury could be believed. 8 women and 4 men agree that he admitted to sex with a 4-7 yo and he's not guilty of anything? I don't get it.

Remember this the next time you want to make fun of some lieberal state doing something crazy.
In Tennessee your peers on that jury put your buddy the confessed molestor back on the street.
