Can't decide if I love it or hate it. It's weird. Some good grub tonight so that is a +1, but the hotel pool is "closed until further notice" so that is a -2.
Also, it bugs me when people pronounce it with only 3 syllables - like Chatt-nooga-a. It should be 4, correct? Chatt-a-noo-ga.
I think I'm grumpy tonight.

It's 2 syllables east of Knoxville. Always 2. Chatt-nooga

It's 2 syllables east of Knoxville. Always 2. Chatt-nooga Respectfully disagree. I know native Chatt-a-noogans who hate the Sheriff Andy Taylor style Chatt-nooga pronunciation (Sarah, get me the sheriff in Chatt-nooga). Being from a place frequently mispronounced (Louisville, Lewis-ville), I can identify with their plight.

Seems the folks from here use 4. Course don't know how many of them are actually from here...

Dated a girl from Chatta-whatever right after college. Biggest mistake of a mistake-filled life. I might have to delete this thread in her honor.
