OOooo let me tell you, both my kids live in Mt Juliet now we live in Jackson...
Daughter has a Dr.. PT at Vandy,  Son is RN and in  Nurse practitioner school   at St Thomas. BOTH make more money that I DO,,,,
Wife has been wanting me to buy a place up there to LIVE..
well we been looking and we found a place in Lebanon....
Yes  I bought a house and  6 acres on Tater Peeler Rd. no chit....

Now i still and do have my house 2.3 acres in Jackson for sale.
Wife has been decorating it we have sit up house keeping.. Bought new beds, couch tables..
House was built in 1925 added on in 2013.
Bought me a tractor Massey 165, 6' woods I keep it clean.

I still work at the steel mill, been here 37 years and plan is sell my house get me  a job up there..
Im 62 got to hve Ins so I got 4 -5 more years to work.. I got a few places picked out to apply. I not got to make what I MAKE NOW..
i can do half and be all right..

SO we been going back and forth to there. My 12hr shifts here is 48hrs on and a week off back 48hrs  week off. Then I  do 3 days 3 nights 6 days off and start again.
we go and come back..  OR WIFE goes up by herself and what do I DO???

I RIDE THE HOUND TO NASHVILLE,  daughter picks me up, takes me to Tater Peeler Rd  and wife and I ride back together to come home.
remember my post i rode the hound 8 years old  to my Grand Mothers house in Ky.. Well it cost me $22 to ride the hound to Nashville.
Thought Id share that one with you..

I looked through the members list and the only admin that I could find is Lone Nut. And he hasn't been active for a year or two. Maybe we ought to contact him and have him add another admin or 3. He may not remember his own password, but if he's permanently logged in he might could be able to add some "staff". We can't add new members without an administrator. We ought to keep this thing from fading away, if for no other reason, as a memorial to Rude Dog.
