Shit storm. Fire Currie, Beverly Davenport, and Joe Dipiatro immediately. This was absolute incompetence. Have they all already forgotten about the Title IX settlement? There is no excuse. Zero. Fire all of those numb nutz ASAP. Unbelievable. They're turning my UT diploma into toilet paper.

I don't get how he supposedly was "1 signature away" when only Currie signed for UT. Neither CFO Miller nor Chancellor Davenport signed.

I don't get how he supposedly was "1 signature away" when only Currie signed for UT. Neither CFO Miller nor Chancellor Davenport signed. That's per UT's contract policy when they're for over $100,000.

The policy is that the CFO has to sign non-delegated contracts.

Still waiting on ShiaNO to be named a head coach somewhere. After all, he is in great demand.

The policy is that the CFO has to sign non-delegated contracts. Looks to me that he was 2 signatures short, not 1.

The policy is that the CFO has to sign non-delegated contracts. Looks to me that he was 2 signatures short, not 1. I think that's a separate argument. The contract implies that 2 are missing, but it's not stated explicitly. I believe that the policy requires the CFO to sign the $100k plus non-delegated contracts. TN has an argument tgat Jimmy Sexton would be fully aware if that policy and it's possible that a copy was included in the contract that was sent to Schiano's side.
