I just do not see us winning 3 in a row. No matter who it is, three in a row is not happening in my opinion.

I think we lose 2 of the 4. UK or Mizzou beats us.

I still think we win only the Vandy game. I like our chances better to get to a bowl with Dobbs though. Sure Butch will find some way to coach us to a loss.

"Down 4 to Vanderbilt with 52 seconds remaining, 4th and inches, Butch Jones sends out Aaron Medley for a 20 yard FG..."

If we beat South Carolina, we win all 4.
Lose to them, 5-7/4-8.

S Carolina is a loss. No chance this staff wins an SEC road game against anyone not named Vandy.

I don't understand that FG or the play calling there before half. Why send AJ in after a timeout? Bama sees him coming on the field and has time to recognize it and react. And we all know he is going to get the ball. Without a timeout you might can send him in and cause some confusion and get a play. Why take a FG there anyway? Not that a TD turns the game into a win but show your team some balls. Run your 2 best short yardage plays and go for it.

How many 4th and inches now have been turned down? There were 2 in that game alone. 2 others against FL.
The man can't manage a game.

What's weird is when he was at Cincinnati and played in Neyland, he went for 4th and short at least twice in the first half, in that game. He got stuffed each time, maybe he remembers that. I don't know.

Showed me a lot, rephrase that - confirmed a lot - about my opinion of this staff's on the field/in game coaching ability. They still coach like they are in CUSA or the Big East.

Right or wrong decision or whatever, I think somewhere you have to show your team that you are going to give them every chance to win. That if they give their all, you will coach the same way. Kicking a FG inside the 5 while trailing by 20 doesn't do much for me, especially when you are a point challenged team.

Overall game management. I'll keep saying it. You are down 3 scores. Butch is thinking(I guess). "Well, we'll just kick here AND KEEP IT THREE SCORES. Because obviously they won't score again and we reach the RedZone so often." /puts gun to my head
The Florida game it was 100% about sending your team a message that you were a better team and expected to win.
The man is over his head. Mag was right from the beginning. A lot of slogans and talk. He should have went into preaching.
