...but it is not unusual at all for 18-19 year olds to engage in CONSENSUAL intercourse with multiple sexual partners...outside of the marriage...

Yea but this girl/parents has pressed CHARGES AS HE RAPED HER..
When a girl calls the Police then you got a problem...
