Bel Aire Grill in Murville (replaced Friday's) has already closed. I knew they would. That place was never busy. Wasn't near as good as the original. T.C.'s grill behind the WalMart in Maryville is more like the original. Owned by one of the original owners.

I don't know why people gripe about Calhouns. Had a fantastic meal there Friday night at Maryville location.
Also, after eating we went right by Jeds Dead End Barbecue on the way to the stadium. Why didn't one youuns tell me about that? I thought that place was in Knoxville.

The one in Murvl just opened not long ago.

I wish Roosters would move to that Applebees.
I can't drive around Rocky Hill because of all the traffic.
Calhouns itself is still a pretty good place Cowboy. Their RIBS, that they claim are the Best in America, are what I make fun of.

We did several appetizers because Christian likes them and even those were nest level compared to the national chains.
Then split a combo plate with some ribs. They were fine though yeah I doubt they are best in America. I make some from a recipe of Alton Browns that seriously put them to shame. In the OVEN.
