So, 2018, the 20th anniversary of the last SEC title, we can win another one.
Hey it took Johnny until his 9th season before he won an SEC title. It took Fulmer until his 5th season.

Also, almost beat USC in 1980.

Truly, I'd say that's about the first real chance we will have.
But he won't get nine like BourbonJohnny.

Even cooler is that in '81 those almosts became among the worst losses in school history to UGA and SC.
I'm actually with Rude on that one. I doubt we are worse next year. I've always believed you can coach up O lineman to be functional despite who is being lost.
We will be better at the skill positions X10. Lord knows.

Also, almost beat USC in 1980. Yeah. Lost on a last second field goal, just like we did Saturday. In that UGA game, a fumble killed us as Glen Ford was the Pig Howard of the day.

Therefore UT has little chance of beating USC in two Saturdays. At least a freshman from Georgia that will win a Heisman Trophy one day didn't run over a UT linebacker that will go on to be a Pro-Bowl Cowboy.
