Fitting that the exterior looks like a funeral home.

I grew up not far from that house and remember it pretty well.
Anybody who would pay the $2.2 million that Dooley paid for it has to be a damned fool.

15 acres though... in some of the most expensive real estate in Knoxville.
It does look like a place to process dead people though.

By law, I cannot say whether it is worth that price or not.
Really, I don't think anything is worth that much. At one point, the only residential properties in the Knoxville Association of Realtors, Multiple Listing Service, that sold for over $2million, over an 18 month period, were the properties bought by Kiffin, and Dooley.
There are hardly ever sales over $2million, in this area.

dDude that owns HT Hackney could always buy it. hHe already owns hundreds of acres out that way. Owns the acreage next to it and lives on 65 acres across the street from it. Pearl's boss... Bill Sansom. Looks like Bob Talbot sold it to Dooley.

Bill Sansom. Looks like Bob Talbot sold it to Dooley. Sansom was going to run for governor a few years back, but figured out there were way too many skeletons in the closet and didn't want his personal life history out there for everybody in the free world to see. Obviously he has done well in the business world. Probably a good thing that he stayed out of politics.

I might buy it. It will be worth something one day when Dooley is inducted into the coach's hall of fame.
