Poor ol Martin needs to get that ass in gear. There's ZERO reason for that pile of slop down the stretch last year.

Upsets never happen in football. Coaching loses games all the time That is a good point like that game Saban shitted away to Auburn or the one he nearly did to Kiffin's short bus UT team. But, trying to keep up, no they don't happen all the time when there is a gross discrepancy in talent. Saban showed what he is in Miami when all teams are relatively equal. A .500 coach. Just like at Michigan St. 8-4 Nick up there. But he is a recruiting machine. Can't be denied. Even better than Fulmer used to be.

Which leads us to the next question. Wonder why Nick is so successful recruiting at Alabama and by successful I mean all 10 stars vs everybody else? Hmm, must be his magnetic personality and charm.

I'll give you a great example of the opposite. Mark Richt.
Talent out the bunghole and little to nothing for show.

Handsome Fulmer/Young Mack has had the exact same career as his namesakes other than falling backasswards into an NC.

This is a very good question because it gives us the answer. There is zero reason for him to attract every 50 star in the nation.

The 01 game is absolutely what propelled saban. What a damn disgrace. I wish football would have ended in 1999
