I'm not devastated by this loss. A&M is pretty darn good. A veteran PG, well coached, had mismatches on us everywhere.
They are 13-5 now and 4-2 in SEC play. Top 40 RPI, and I'm guessing it went up from there after yesterday.
For Tennessee going forward, I think the Auburn and MSU back to back at home are must wins. Obviously Arkansas on the road Tuesday would be nice. We beat em once already...

I'm just afraid that wins will be hard to get going forward. They could lose 2 out of every three or 3 of every 4 the rest of the way..

This one was closer in the end but it was a lot like the Bama loss.
Thunder, wait on us at 103. You leave too soon. The usher said you were there earlier.

Starting a game 5-22 on FGs is a pretty good way to lose. The fact that there was a legitimate opportunity for the win with a couple minutes left is another example of how goofy basketball can be.
A&M did a good job of neutralizing JRich. That didn't help much.
It would be great to see Baulkman & Hubbs develop some consistency.

I don't know what numbers are more repulsive to a TN basketball fan. 5-22 or 101-40?

You can't even say that 5-22 and 101-40 are good because they helped to eliminate Wade as the coach. Those lead to Kevin, Jerry, and Buzz.
