Cowboy how you know about Alamo and these towns around here.. Did you used to live around here in West Tenn? I heard you speak of these towns a few times.. Did you used to pick cotton when you were a kid here?

A great place for Italian in Blunt County is Giavanni's. Mrs Rude loves their Manicotti and I usually get the Chicken Marsala. Their pizza is similar to Metro's.

Did you used to pick cotton when you were a kid here? I worked out that way as part of my sales route up to about Jackson. No cotton picking. I did date a homewrecking whore from Alamo for awhile.

A newcomer to Giovanni's, but I like it. We ate there about 4 times in a couple months and have given it a break, think I am about ready to go back now though.

I rotate my pizza consumption around. Haven't been to Beg Ed's for over 10 years.
I like a whole wheat crust Stefano's with sun dried tomato and artichokes once every month or two.
Is that the Roman's next to the movie theater in West Knoxville that is closed (Windsor Square?)? Bummer.

For whatever reason, I think I've been to Litton's once and I live 5min from there. I did make a few service calls on the sound system back in the day.

This reminds me of the real downfall of UT football.
O' Charlie's on the strip RIP

KOZ, that is true. The downfall of O'Charley's on the Strip was the crack down on underage drinking.
That is the downfall of The Strip itself. I mean, the biggest client base for places on The Cumberland Avenue Strip were UT students.
I would guess 2 out of every 3 UT students are under the age of 21.
Let them drink.
Most of those places, the bouncers would NEVER say anything to underage people, unless the cops came in.
That and no parking over there kills the place.
