There's a whole lot of it out there, esp on Twitter. Hate it.
Bacon Groupthink - OMG I CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT BACON IT'S THE GREATEST SUBSTANCE ON EARTH!!!!
Reality - Uh, good bacon is really good. Bad bacon sucks. It's food. It's not worth putting on a t-shirt.
Bears Groupthink - The most terrifying creatures on the planet!!!! There is nothing more fearful than a bear. Hold me!!!
Reality -Uh, if you don't screw with bears they won't screw with you. Lighten up, Francis.
Spiders Groupthink - If I see a spider I will probably have a heart attack from fear. If I don't die on sight I will burn my house to kill it.
Reality - big spiders are kind of scary. They all die when you step on them.
[premium cable tv show] Groupthink - this is the greatest TV show ever made. I cannot feed myself or bathe until I know what happens to [character X]
Reality - TV drama with boobs and bad words. Yawn. I ain't paying extree for that crap.

Christian has an I Love Bacon shirt. It's his favorite food.
Still a spot on post.

This is a quality post. I agree with it 100%.
Not because I think everybody else will, but because I agree.
Nut has middle schoolers, like I do, and that is kind of expected with them, but the adults are worse most of the time.
Some of the dang movies people get all worked up about, and definitely the book series, that get turned into movies, are mind-boggling to me.
People who camp out for a movie, that will be the exact same movie three days from now, do it, so they can brag to everybody they were the first ones there.
Butch is going to get us back. Just like Dooley was going to.

Butch Groupthink - ERRMAGHEERED He just gets it. Recruiting machine. Gonna light up the SEC. Lifetime contract.
Reality - It's the coach from Cincy the majority thought was a brutal hire last year. Has not coached a game. May or may not be worth a shit.

Vegas Groupthink - the greatest place on earth. I think I've had the best moments of my life there. If only I could remember them.
Reality - it's in the freaking desert. If you're not into gambling, drinking or strippers it mostly sucks. Some of the shows might be good. But not worth the travel and the heat exhaustion.

I think with Las Vegas, it is the perception, more than the actual enjoyment.
It used to have a mystique about it, but now there are casinos all over the country.

I don't get into fads. Haven't been to the movie theater in a couple years. Don't listen to any "new" music. Wear basically the same type of clothes since high school college. If not for my kids and church, I would literally not have anything to post about on FB.
I get up. Go to work. Come home. Play with the kids/Go to church. That's about it 95% of the year.

I can respect a man that doesnt need tv to tell him what he is supposed to be doing or what he should want.

I am pretty much against anything popular. I have gotten that way. I feel out of place these days at the beach or the pool because I don't have a tattoo. Or multiple tattoos. Most of those people got a tattoo because they wanted to stand out. Now they look like everybody else.

I listen to some Christian rap and there's a song about how if you wana truly be a rebel, you should read the bible, because no one is doing that.
