I eat a bunch of Paula Deen frozen foods that were on clearance.
Seriously, Food City has a clearance bin, for FOOD. They had a bunch of bags of Dale Earnhardt Jr, Tater Chips in there.

I've tried to get into that many times. But it's so tedious trying to figure out the calories on every dang thing that's made up of different parts (e.g. a PBJ) that I just give up.

It is My Fitness Pal. I've found it invaluable as I try to rid myself of this disgrace of a body. The search function makes it easy if you ask me. Sometimes you gotta estimate but you get close enough.

1600 calories today with 225 grams of protein. That's with a cardio session of 600 cals burned plus a heavy back workout in the weight room.
Crazy thing is I haven't lost a pound in three wks. In fact I've went from 218 to 223! Damnation!
I did start on Creatine so that is likely much of the reason.
