KY is 25-0. Beating TN will be the first time that KY is 26-0.
In 1966 Rupp's Runts lost two games. The second was in the NCAA finals to that colored team fromTexas. Their other loss that year was to Tennessee.
A blizzard is bearing down on the region.

Hide your women and children. Going to be ugly.
And if that is a "snarky" comment, then apologies in advance. Nobody with at least an ounce of gray matter could honestly see it differently.

That's several snarky comments. Please take it somewhere else. I'll start a separate Jethro Negavol thread for you to put your shit in. If you don''t mind, please delete your comments above or cut and paste them to your own special hater thread. Feel free to post snarky comments about KY here.

Last time KY came to Knoxville they lost by 30. Fortunately for TN most of their current players weren't on the roster two years ago.

Kentucky's last win in Knoxville was 1/14/2012. KY won 65-62.
Cuonzo was 1-4 against KY, but the one was the biggest beat down that TN has ever put on KY.
Bruce was swept by KY in his last year (2011). He split in 2010, winning 74-65 in the Elite Eight season.
Bruce was swept in 2009 and split in 2008 (63-60 win). The 2008 win was the game after losing at Vanderbilt while owning the #1 mational ranking. So TN has only beaten KY twice since Lofton and JaJuan graduated.

hope the snow keeps the blue out of knoxville When TN played KY just as the 1993 blizzard was starting, they lost 101-40 and Alan Houston was held scoreless in his final game as a Vol. Polital correctness dictated that Wade was allowed to return for for a final season and he then went 5-22.

Actually Houston was 1-15 shooting in that game and ended up with 3 points: www.bigbluehistory.net/bb/statistics/Games/19930312Tennessee.htmlAnd you just put yourself in the "snarky" category with your comment on Wade Houston and PCness. Please refrain from posting in this thread any longer and go to the "NegaJethro" thread, or whatever you termed it.

Please refrain from posting in this thread any longer and go to the "NegaJethro" thread, or whatever you termed it. I went with what Hatfield said on the Basilio post game yesterday. He said that he had scored the same number of points as Houston did in that game. I could post a link, but it's in the Basilio archives if you want yo look it up and then lead the charge as to which source is correct. I really fin't care if he had 3 or zero. I care that TN was embarrassed 101-40. When I said that Wade Houston was given a fifth year due to PC-ness, that's stating my opinion. That's different from a random snarky shot. I made a separate KY thread so that the Fake Fan Jethros aren't compelled to chit all over the thread about KY coming to Knoxville for the first time in over two years. It didn't work.

KY was on a bus heading to Knoxville 12 hours ago. Even with a blizzard, game is on as long as an officiating crew makes it to the TBA.
It's hard to believe that TN v KY hasn't been played in two years now and also KY hasn't won in Knoxville in three years.
