That guy has been forgotten about forever. Now they act like he did something in this century. Nixon resigned about a month after I was born. I am now 40.
He was the editor. What editor in the world wouldn't print the stuff he did? It's like saying Miller Huggins was a genius at baseball as the manager of the 1927 Yankees.

I think Butch Jones could manage to finish in the top half of the AL with the 27 Yankees.

Shit in Poston's while you're at it. However his last dumb asseryness does save the tax payers some money in the long run. Get to call off that trial next week.

Thunder it is kind of odd timing with Poston dying in a car wreck today. But yeah, that does save the State some money. Does his lawyer get paid from his estate? If not, he is the big loser in that deal.

I'm sure his estate has to settle all obligations.
I looked at that intersection on Google maps. Looks pretty straight right there. I wonder if he ran his car into a tree on purpose. Speeding with no seat belt on per the Sheriff's office.

Maybe he actually did a favor to society. He represented Conbins in the Christian-Newsome trials. Cobbins was the idiot that didn't take his attorney's advice and took the stand. I don't know if Poston was his lawyer for that trial or the appeal, but that idiotic testimony pretty much erased any doubt about what was going on in that house in January 2007.

Speaking of casket feces, the Huffington Post is today asking if Mr. Rogers was gay. I mean....

He hit that tree straight on, no side swipe. Nailed it with the center of his front end. Both front wheels are bent inward. WVLT has a video off the car.
His attorney said that he pretty much got him off with a slap on the wrist. Lawyers never lie, correct?
