Cowboy, I am demanding you claim a team right here in this thread. When I was 12-17ish the Celtics were more important than air I breathed. Ill be for them primarily. Secondarily any other team who can stop LaDouche.

I read Rondo is hurt again.

I have to go with the Knicks. Bernard, Ernie, and Houston were all Knicks. Houston and King are two of their top ten greats of all time. Earl the Pearl and Walt Frazier was maybe the best NBA backcourt ever. Lakers were pretty cool back then too.
Also loved watching Magic's game. Dishing out assists is way cooler than going one on one.
I can't name more than one current player though. And if Mello isn't still there... zero.
