I've always wondered why that Stoener fumble wasn't waved off, ground can't cause a fumble Tommy gallion is looking into this and throwing down the gauntlet

Y'all leave Josh alone. That's a good boy doing his beat and his writing and toning down the sheepness has dramatically improved.
He had that Utah St game dead to rights when people like that ignorant bigot Lee Crowe spent all summer telling us all that game was a nut cutter.

I wondered the same. Who would rank that team as the best ? Peerless Price still hasn't been touched by a Bama player that year. Or any other player really. Speaking of which, THAT is a guy who is very underrated in Vol history. I mean, that year, he was the playmaker of all playmakers.

That was a Georgia performance if there ever was one. Still yet that was a heckuva win. Best complete performance of the year by a mile IMO. They were ranked #7 at the time, and we were #4, after dropping from #3 the week before. That was the first game without Jamal Lewis, and I swear I think they had to rely less on him, and more on that deep ball to Price, and a more complete offense.

Fulmer failed to show strong leadership when he caved to Jesse's and Al's demands that Tee should be the starter over Burney Beazey and Joey Mathews.

Can't believe we let Chad Pannington get away from us, and leave Knoxville for Marshall.
I am sure Fulmer had all intentions of making Tee a linebacker or something.

Gray loved Chad, claimed he was a better NFL quarterback than Peyton.
