Ray Mears wanted to put a roof over part of Neyland and play basketball in there.
Now all the sheep are tore up about them tearing down Stokely because of "all the magic" when Mears was coaching.
Maybe have a floating stadium that sits directly on the river, instead of beside it.

GREAT idea. But we would probably just float it down to Chattanooga every other year to play a game for those fans.
Then that crumby state you live in would try to steal Neyland Stadium by moving the state line.

How about they improve the rest of the stadium first? If you get tickets on the west side, you get the new concessions areas and restrooms. Get tickets anywhere else and you feel like you're back in the 50's.
