In Charlotte. West VA bound to be a National Championship contender that year. TN will be rebuilding since the last legacy kid left after the previous season.

An SEC team playing a Big 12 team in Charlotte, right in the middle of ACC country.
Yeah, I know all about the recruiting claims, but Charlotte? Next thing we know we'll be playing games at NASCAR tracks.

Isn't the SEC Network headquartered in Charlotte? Maybe the SEC is already targeting the expansions to 16, 20, or 24. WVU and one or two from NC possibly.

Yes, the SEC Network is in Charlotte, where the old Jefferson-Pilot network was headquartered. West By Gawd Virginia isn't going to be an SEC school. They have just gone in to the Big 12, and wanted to come in to the SEC when the Aggies and Mizzou were extended invitations, but got no interest from the SEC.

Pickings will be thin when the SEC, Big 10, Pac 10 and ACC have 20 or 24 teams each. WVU will be a target.

Works out better than Home and Home. Can't get good teams to visit Neyland without reciprocating. This way you can get good out of conference games easier.
Had to go to Oregon for an ass kicking last year and Norman this year.

I like neutral sites every other year alternating with Home and Home series in between and two tears apart.

My brother in law graduated from WVU and has a Bammer like support for the mountaineers. He's also an afghan war vet with the usual amount of associated post war trauma. If the Vols win that game I suspect I will be killed in my sleep.
