I'm not complaining but I honestly can't remember this much rain in July in Knoxville in my life.

I think it rained every day in July 1980. Just a little on some days, but it rained every day. I had the greatest suntan of my life in June 1980. In August 1980 it was gone.

This means there will not be as good a Christmas at the Magnum household.
TVA will not make as much power, thus my wife's Winning Performance Bonus will not be as high.
At least we had a cold winter.

Truly surreal. I can remember--or at least seems like--seeing this much rain or cloud cover. But no way its ever been this cool. Nashville the last two days didnt get past 75. In July that is eye popping.
An innocent bystander is one of the all time sheep events--Kingsport Funfest which has been running on fumes for years. Yesterday and today are two concerts and a fireworks display tonight that is getting napalmed. This global cooling may kill it off permanently.

This is perfect weather... when it isn't pouring. Temps are great. A little drizzle is good.
